General Information
The 3rd International NDT Symposium and Exhibition is going to be held in the İstanbul Technical University, Süleyman Demirel Culture Center-İSTANBUL between 17 - 19 April 2008.
Importance and application fields of the NDT methods have been continuously increasing. In Turkey, internationally recognized training and certification activities started at the end of 80’s, and accreditation studies at the end of 90’s in cooperation with some EU countries. However, there is still a need for establishment of a national system and control mechanisms.
The symposium will highlight application and development of NDT in the important sectors of Turkey. The participants will be informed about the latest innovations and improvements in methods and equipment.
The exhibition will provide an attractive marketplace where the suppliers of NDT equipment and services can present their products directly to their potential clients.
Call for Papers
The abstracts should be submitted till 07 September 2007.
One-A4 page abstract (max. 150 words, Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing) should also include the keywords (max. 5); postal address, phone, fax, and e-mail.
Full manuscripts of the accepted abstracts should be submitted till 31 January 2008.
All papers will be evaluated by the referees.
Any paper not presented during the symposium will not be included in the Proceedings.
Commercial presentations will be allowed.
