ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND PREPARATION OF PAPERS

• Deadline for the submission of abstracts is December  31^st, 2007. Submission should contain the abstract, keywords, and contact information (i.e. the postal address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address), all printed on a single sheet of paper. Online abstract submission is available here.

• Abstract must contain the main topic of the paper, preferably no more than 150 words (Times New Roman, 12 pt fonts, single line spacing).

• After pre-evaluation of the abstracts, the authors will be informed to submit their full manuscript.

• Full manuscripts must be submitted to the congress coordinator no later than April 30^th, 2008.

• Following the evaluation of the papers, authors will be informed about the final decision as accepted (oral or poster) or rejected.

• Any paper not presented during the congress will not be included in the CD-Proceedings.

• Commercial presentations will be possible with certain fees.

• Submitting the Application Form to the congress coordinator is advised to receive the second call and other information.
